Avoid Hotel Hassles
- Booking via a third-party hotel or travel website may not guarantee your reservation if the hotel becomes “sold out”. Hotels honor reservations made directly through their systems.
- NAPNAP does not share our registered attendee list and contact information. Our contracted hotels will never call or email you to solicit your reservation.
- Unauthorized housing agents will often claim that a hotel is “almost sold out” pressuring you to book now. NAPNAP will notify our registered attendees if the hotel is approaching sold out status during our conference dates.
- Any site offering a room rate below our published conference rate may be too good to be true so use caution.
Travel to Sacramento
Sacramento International Airport (SMF) serves as the gateway to Northern California, offering more than 175 nonstop flights per day to over 50 destinations. Located just 15 minutes from downtown, SMF makes it easy to land and start exploring the city right away. Amtrak also arrives at the downtown Intermodal Station. The Gold Runner trains runs multiple times daily between the San Francisco Bay Area and Sacramento.
Ground Transportation
Sacramento Regional Transit District (SacRT) is also available to transport passengers from the airport to locations around the city.
