We look forward to seeing you at NAPNAP’s 46th National Conference on Pediatric Health Care on March 10-13, 2025, at Hyatt Regency Chicago. You are invited to the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board’s 50th Anniversary Celebration reception on March 12 at 5:30-8 p.m. at the Hyatt Regency Chicago. RSVP to make your reservation to attend the event. There is a limited capacity of 320 attendees. After capacity is reached, there will be an option to be added to a waitlist; however, waitlisted people are not guaranteed entry. Feb. 24 is the RSVP deadline.

We are excited to welcome you to your first (of many!) NAPNAP national conferences. Our team has developed tips to make your conference experience more enjoyable. 

We will be happy to refund your registration fees if we receive your cancellation in writing via email to [email protected] before March 3, 2025. We cannot accept telephone cancellations. A $50 administrative fee will apply to all refunds with the exception of intensive workshops. There are no refunds for cancellations of intensive workshops and certification review courses after Feb. 14, 2025 (no exceptions). No-shows will not be refunded.

In the case of a weather-related flight cancellation
: If your flight is canceled and you cannot be re-booked on another flight, we ask that you submit a written request for refund via email to [email protected]. We will need proof of the flight cancellation. We will review all requests on a case-by-case basis and will respond in a timely manner.

If we find it necessary to entirely cancel our in-person conferences for any reason including, but not limited to, registration responses, strikes or acts of God, liability shall be limited to a full refund of registration fees. Notification of a canceled event will be sent at least 10 days prior to the conference starting date, when possible. Registration refund will be processed within 15 days after event date.

The National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners will take many digital photographs or videos at events throughout the conference. The photographs or videos may be used for print and digital communications and marketing. By registering for the conference, you grant permission for NAPNAP to use your photograph or video recordings in this manner.

Third-party badge scanning technology is used at NAPNAP’s national conference. All conference participants must present applicable conference credentials (printed badges) to access events hosted in NAPNAP’s meeting space.

Exhibitors may request to scan an attendee’s printed conference badge to collect contact information, in lieu of exchanging business cards. This is voluntary, and you do not need to allow exhibitors to scan your badge. Contact information collected through badge scanning includes but is not limited to registrant’s name, email address, title, company name and phone number.
