We know time away from the office and personal lives can be difficult, so we are offering you a chance to access our 46th National Conference on Pediatric Health Care virtually beginning on May 15.

Our conference offers more than 80 unique evidence-based educational sessions to entice participants of varied experience levels and interests. Whether you are a student, soon-to-be grad, early career or seasoned practitioner in primary, acute or specialty care, an educator, or focused on evidence-based practice and research, you will find opportunities to enhance your knowledge and advance your career.

All registered participants of our virtual conference will have on-demand access to recordings of all live presentations from our in-person conference, allowing you to earn up to 80.0 CE contact hours at your own pace until July 31, 2025. Registered participants will be able to view the recorded presentations and view/download presentations handouts from within the virtual conference platform.

Our virtual conference will include on-demand access to recordings of all live general and concurrent presentations from our in-person conference. To review the topics being presented at our in-person conference, click here.

Please note: Virtual Conference Access will not include recordings of our intensive workshop or certification review course offerings.

Our conference agenda includes more than 80 presentations, approved for an estimated more then 80.0 CE contact hours. Actual contact hours do vary by session and are based on the length of the presentation recording.

Participants will need a desktop or laptop computer with a stable internet connection and audio capability to view on-demand recorded presentations. For best viewing experience the following browsers are recommended: Chrome, Firefox and Safari. 

In-person conference participants: You have the option to add “Virtual Conference Access” to your in-person conference registration for just $30, allowing you to earn additional CE contact hours for sessions you are unable to attend in Chicago. If you have already registered for the in-person conference, there is still time to modify your registration to add “Virtual Conference Access”.

A link will be added to this page from March 17-May 5 to assist in-person attendees with registering for the Virtual Conference after they return home from Chicago for just $30. 

We will be happy to refund your registration fees if we receive your cancellation in writing via email to [email protected] by April 25, 2025. We cannot accept telephone cancellations. A $50 administrative fee will apply to all refunds.

Our platform contract does not allow us to extend access to the sessions for any reasons. Failure to login to access content by July 31, 2025, will not constitute a refund.
