As experts in pediatrics and advocates for children, the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (NAPNAP) and our members across the U.S. have been advocating for children and advanced practice nursing since 1973. It is essential that all pediatric-focused nurse practitioners join together to amplify our voice at national, state and local levels to optimize child and family health.
As advanced practice nurses, we understand the importance of building trusting relationships to educate patient families, colleagues, elected officials and the media with the most current evidence-based information about pediatric health care. Help us leverage our collective expertise to advocate for the families we care for and the profession we are dedicated to.
