Frequently Asked Questions
The past year has presented challenges to all of us – personally and professionally. What better way to look forward than planning to attend the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners’ 42nd National Conference on Pediatric Health Care being hosted in March. You’ll be able to hear from experts in the field and network with colleagues from across the country.
If you have a question, but you don’t see the answer below, email us at email@example.com. We will update this page with new information as it becomes available.
The virtual conference platform can be viewed from a tablet, laptop or desktop computer. Make sure your device can deliver audio – either from built in speakers, external speakers, head set or earbuds.
It may be more challenging to view on a mobile phone.
Access to our virtual conference includes more than 80 learning opportunities, a virtual exhibit hall to connect with industry partners and obtain valuable practice resources and networking spaces to connect with your colleagues. Virtual conference access continues for four months, presenting a flexible timeline for learning.
Yes. Presentations will be shown according to our schedule on March 24-27, but if you can’t attend on those dates, don’t worry! All presentations from the schedule, and an additional 20 ‘on-demand only’ presentations will be available on-demand until July 31, 2021, to be accessed at your convenience. Presentations will become available for on-demand viewing 24 hours after they first play during the schedule. All on-demand only presentations will be available for immediate access when the conference platform opens on March 24.
The virtual conference platform offers technical support during virtual conference hours.
It was necessary to transition our national conference to a fully virtual event. As was our original policy, if cancelation of the in-person event was necessary, all in-person registrations will be transitioned to our virtual event that kicks off on March 24 and is accessible through July 31, 2021. If a participant must cancel, they can still continue to do this in writing up until 7 days before the event begins.
If we find it necessary to entirely cancel our virtual conference for any reason including, but not limited to, registration responses, strikes or acts of God, liability shall be limited to a full refund of registration fees.
All times listed on the virtual agenda pages are listed in Eastern time.
