State-level Policy Mentors

NAPNAP's Health Policy Committee recognizes that many members across the country are faced with similar issues, especially related to practice authority. Our policy mentors program was initiated to provide chapter officers and members with assistance on challenging state-level policy and advocacy issues. Our staff will connect those needing guidance with members who have volunteered to share their expertise. To take advantage of this benefit, please email and include detailed information about your challenge or issue.

To volunteer to share your health policy expertise, including prescriptive authority (including Schedule II), removing or revising physician supervision requirements, full practice authority, health insurance marketplaces, home health, ACOs, reimbursement for services or recognition of PNPs as providers by third party payers, please complete a brief online form so that we can add you to our mentor roster.
