NAPNAP joined 18 other organizations in submitting an amicus brief in the American Academy of Pediatrics, et. al. vs. Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., et. al. litigation, which focuses on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s May 19, 2025, order removing COVID-19 vaccines from its immunization schedules contrary to robust empirical evidence demonstrating the risks of COVID-19 and the benefits of vaccination.
