NAPNAP Conference In-Person RegistrationAs The Leader in Pediatric Education for Nurse Practitioners®, we invite all PNPs, FNPs and other pediatric providers to join us for our 42nd National Conference on Pediatric Health Care on March 10–13, 2021, at Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando, Fla., to earn more than 20.0 CE contact hours in a variety of key child health topics while networking with other child health leaders in Orlando. BONUS: All in-person conference registrants get access to every session (excluding intensive workshops) in our virtual conference platform from March 24 – July 31, 2020. No worrying about picking between two great sessions hosted at the same time – you can view them all.

You will receive an email confirmation upon completing the online registration process, as well as a confirmation order to serve as your receipt. Please make sure the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (NAPNAP) has your current email address so you do not experience a delay in receiving conference-related messages. If you have opted out of conference emails, please note that you will be opted back in upon registration to ensure you receive important conference communications from us. We recommend that you carefully review the sessions you registered for and print your agenda.

Guests or spouses may be registered as a guest for $100 per person. This allows the guest to attend the exhibits, opening reception and opening keynote presentation. Please note that a special $25 guest fee is available for children ages 13-18 allowing access to the exhibit hall only. This option is only available onsite. Children under the age of 13 are not permitted inside the exhibit hall.

Due to the nature of the professional educational programs, we recommend limiting children’s attendance in sessions to quiet infants and non-separating children. Space will be available at the back of room for parents with babies and children. We ask that mothers be sensitive to any situation, including happy baby noises, that may break the concentration of those attending the session. We truly appreciate your consideration of other attendees.

We will be happy to refund your registration fees if we receive your cancellation in writing via email to conferencereg@napnap.org before March 2, 2021. We cannot accept telephone cancellations. A $50 administrative fee will apply to all refunds with the exception of intensive workshops. There are no refunds for cancellations of intensive workshops and certification review courses after Feb. 19, 2021 (no exceptions). No-shows will not be refunded.

In the case of a weather-related flight cancellation
: If your flight is cancelled and you cannot be re-booked on another flight, we ask that you submit a written request for refund via email to conferencereg@napnap.org. We will need proof of the flight cancellation. We will review all requests on a case by case basis and will respond in a timely manner.

The National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners is committed to providing you with continuing education to enhance your knowledge and meet your recertification and relicensure requirements. If we cannot host our in-person conference, we’ll transition your registration to our virtual event that kicks off on March 24 and is accessible through July 31, 2021.

If we find it necessary to entirely cancel our in-person and virtual conferences for any reason including, but not limited to, registration responses, strikes or acts of God, liability shall be limited to a full refund of registration fees. Notification of a canceled event will be sent at least 10 days prior to the conference starting date, when possible. Registration refund will be processed within 15 days after event date.

If space is available, we will accept walk-in registrations at the conference. Since sessions fill quickly, we ask that you email conferencereg@napnap.org before you come to the conference to check on session availability.

It will take 24 hours from the time of registration for any walk-in registrations to be recognized by our mobile app, exhibitor lead retrieval and our CE tracking systems.

During registration, participants may indicate their intention to use our Lactation Lounge. This private room will be available to moms during main conference hours, and a key to access the room can be obtained by visiting the registration desk.

The National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners will take many digital photographs or videos at events throughout the conference. The photographs or videos may be used for print and digital communications and marketing. By registering for the conference, you grant permission for NAPNAP to use your photograph or video recordings in this manner.
