The schedule is based on regular park operating hours and does not run continuously. Space is limited and by reservation only. Boarding passes are required and can be obtained at the Universal Attraction Ticket Desk one day in advance and up to 30 minutes prior to departure. The Universal Attraction Ticket Desk is located in the Rosen Shingle Creek hotel lobby. Seating is limited and standing room is available.
