NAPNAP Partners/ACT Webinar – When the Trafficker Is a Family Member: A Case Study
January is Human Trafficking Awareness Month. Join the Alliance for Children in Trafficking on January 15 at 7 p.m. ET for a FREE educational opportunity to raise awareness about family-involved sex trafficking, a subtype of human trafficking.
We will examine what family-involved sex trafficking entails, including risk factors, clinical indicators, and appropriate responses. Additionally, we will present a case study about a child in a clinical setting who experienced family-involved sex trafficking. Afterwards, we will share preliminary findings from a literature review on this subject. The session will conclude with a question-and-answer session.
