You will receive an email confirmation upon completing the online registration process, as well as a confirmation order to serve as your receipt. Please make sure NAPNAP has your current email address so you do not experience a delay in receiving this email. If you have opted out of conference emails from NAPNAP, please note that you will be opted back in upon registration to ensure that important conference communications from NAPNAP will be received.

Guests or spouses may be registered as a guest for $100 per person. This allows the guest to attend the exhibits, opening reception and opening keynote presentation. Please note that a special $25 guest fee is available for children ages 13-18 allowing access to the exhibit hall only. This option is only available onsite. Children under the age of 13 are not permitted inside the exhibit hall.
Due to the nature of the professional educational programs, we recommend limiting children’s attendance in sessions to quiet infants and non-separating children. Space will be available at the back of room for parents with babies and children. We ask that mothers be sensitive to any situation, including happy baby noises, as it may break the concentration of those attending the session. Your consideration of other attendees is truly appreciated.
We will be happy to refund your registration fees if we receive your cancellation in writing via mail, fax or email before March 17, 2020. We cannot accept telephone cancellations. A $50 administrative fee will apply to all refunds with the exception of intensive workshops. There are no refunds for cancellations of intensive workshops and certification review courses after March 3, 2020 (no exceptions). No-shows will not be refunded.
In the case of a weather related flight cancellation: If your flight is cancelled and you cannot be rebooked on another flight, we ask that you submit a written request for refund in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will need proof of the flight cancellation. We will review all requests on a case by case basis and will respond in a timely manner.
If NAPNAP finds it necessary to cancel this conference for any reason including, but not limited to, registration responses, strikes or acts of God, liability shall be limited to a full refund of registration fees. Notification of a cancelled conference will be sent at least 15 days prior to the conference starting date, when possible. Registration refund will be processed within 15 days after conference date.
If space is available, we will accept walk-in registrations at the conference. Since sessions fill quickly, we ask that you email email@example.com before you come to the conference to check on session availability.
It will take 24 hours from time of registration for any walk-in registrations to be recognized by our mobile app, exhibitor lead retrieval and our CE tracking systems.
NAPNAP will take many digital photographs at numerous events throughout the conference. The photographs may be used for print and digital communications and marketing. By registering for the conference you grant permission for NAPNAP to use your photograph in this manner. During registration, participants may indicate their intention to use our Lactation Lounge. This private room will be available to moms during main conference hours, and a key to access the room can be obtained by visiting the registration desk.
All expenses of continuing nursing education (including registration fees, travel, meals and lodging) taken to maintain and improve professional skills may be tax deductible. Please consult your tax adviser.
In order to protect our attendees and to provide a distraction free environment, we do not allow solicitation by attendees or unauthorized parties without the express written permission of NAPNAP. This policy includes, but is not limited to the following unauthorized activities:
Any person and/or organization found to be violating this policy may be expelled from the event. No refunds.
Exhibitors or sponsors found to be violating this policy agree to pay NAPNAP the equivalent fee stated in NAPNAP's Exhibitor Extra published rate schedule for exhibit space and/or sponsorships and may be expelled from the event.
