Concurrent Presentations
Concurrent expert presentations are designed to offer innovative topics relevant to clinical pediatric health care and the pediatric-focused APRN role. Preference is given to novel topics that are supported by a strong needs assessment and learning formats that provide an engaging learning experience for participants. It is important that topics have strong clinical application, originality and are evidence based. Topics are needed to meet the learning needs of professionals in various stages of their careers, including those targeted towards students, early career NPs, seasoned NPs and NPs transitioning to new practice settings. The abstract system is closed. The evaluation process takes place during the summer and presentation selection is usually completed by Sept. 15.
Intensive workshopsÂ
Intensive workshops (IWS) are sessions that provide skills training or may offer an in-depth review on a condition or topic during the main conference agenda or as a pre-conference or post conference event. These sessions allow for extensive interaction between the audience and the presenter, special equipment or hands-on opportunities for the participant. Deadline had passed. If you have any questions, contact Heather Keesing at [email protected].Â
