A Message from your New CEO

Greetings and Happy New Year!

As I take the reins of leadership of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners, I would like to express my gratitude to the Executive Board, volunteers and the staff for their support and guidance over the past few weeks.

New leadership brings opportunity – opportunity to celebrate the accomplishments of this historic and nationally regarded Association, as well as opportunity to take a renewed look at our vision for the future. I will work tirelessly for our members, our volunteers and our patients to strengthen our Association and position it for the bright future ahead. My experience in business and association management, resource development and advocacy will be paired with our members’ passion, professionalism and expertise in children’s healthcare to move our Association and the profession forward. My pledge to you is a commitment to excellence at every level.

Over the next few months, I will be significantly engaged in learning more about the organization, its culture, structure and operations. Together we will strategically position NAPNAP to exceed the goals set by the Executive Board to serve our members, educate the public about the vital role of the PNP and advocate for issues that are critical to you.
