Those approved for a mailing list rental must complete a license agreement for a one-time use of the list. Upon receipt of the license agreement, the credit card account you provided on the order form will be charged for the list rental; or if you are paying by check, an invoice for the cost of the list will be sent with the disk containing the requested records. A disk mailer will be provided to facilitate your return of the disk after the mailing is completed.
