President ROLE DESCRIPTION FOR THE NAPNAP PRESIDENT Overview/Responsibility The President shall be the Chief Elected Officer of the Association. The President shall preside at meetings of both the Membership and the Board, shall implement such parliamentary rules as are necessary and serve as the spokesperson for the Association. The President shall cause policy made by the Executive Board to be implemented. The President shall appoint all committees and the chairperson thereof; serve as an ex-officio member of all standing committees except the Nominations Committee; and perform and discharge all duties incident to the office of President and such other duties as may be assigned by the Executive Board.
