Pediatric Health Care Home Developed in 2010, the Pediatric Health Care Home (PHCH) SIG was established for nurse practitioners to provide leadership and support in comprehensive, effective pediatric health care delivery models of care. The PHCH SIG will promote a comprehensive approach to child health that acknowledges the importance of coordination a child/youths' physical, mental (social emotional), dental, vision, developmental, educational and community health needs.
