If your chapter or SIG is in need of a new website, NAPNAP now has the tools to help you create one. NAPNAP will create and host the site and the webmaster will be responsible for updating and maintaining it. There is no initial cost to set up the website; however this could change due to volume and the amount of web space needed on the server. Once the Website Hosting Guidelines are read, please fill out the Website Hosting Request Form.
Photo Release Forms (Only for websites hosted by NAPNAP) Posting pictures on your site can give your Chapter/SIG a personal touch and you can upload your own members to your site. Before you do though, please have the person(s) fill out the attached Photo Release form to receive their permission to post their picture and have the form sent to the National Office. NAPNAP will keep all Photo Release forms on file so that you will not need to keep track of the paperwork. (Please note that a person only needs to submit one photo release form, which will give the Chapter/SIG permission to use their photo at anytime.
