Click here to learn more** Promoting children's health and protecting the professional practice of advanced practice nurses caring for children direct NAPNAP's advocacy objectives. Working with our members and collaborating with other organizations with similar legislative interests, we effectively impact legislation and regulatory initiatives in these areas. Volunteers, at all levels, and professional staff contribute to NAPNAP's legislative activities. Led by NAPNAP's Health Policy Chair and supported by our Washington Representatives, NAPNAP provides up-to-date health policy/legislative information to NAPNAP Chapter Presidents, Chapter Legislative Chairs, and the general membership. We use educational programs and provide materials to communicate with and keep members informed about legislative and health policy issues, including an annual Legislative Session at the NAPNAP Annual Conference.
