Thanks to the generous support of Melnic Consulting Group we are now able to offer this fantastic resource to NAPNAP members for FREE on our website. Introduction
The NAPNAP Nurse Practitioner Career Resource Guide* has been re-designed, not only assist the new graduate nurse practitioner (NP) in securing employment, but also to assist experienced NPs in reaching their professional goals and aspirations. It is our pleasure to present this resource to you so that you can create a footprint in advancing the practice of nurse practitioners.
Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (PNP) provide health care in many healthcare settings including primary, acute, and specialty care. Due to their outstanding clinical and management stills, many studies have documented the high quality, cost effective care delivered by PNPs. This guide has been crafted to assist all types of nurse practitioners (NPs) in all practice and clinical settings. This new and revised career resource guide is an indispensible resource for NPs across the continuum of their career. We are especially excited about expanded sections on documenting NP productivity, advanced practice reporting structure, and guidance on expanding professional development.
For new graduate NPs, welcome to an exciting and rewarding career!
