Share a Room Share a Ride Share A Room service is available only for attendees staying at the Grand Hyatt or Hyatt Regency. NAPNAP strongly encourages our attendees to stay in the contracted hotel room block. Click here to see the benefits of staying at a NAPNAP contract hotel. If you are interested in sharing your hotel room, car pooling to the Annual NAPNAP Conference, or sharing a taxi from the airport connect with other NAPNAP members online by following these steps: - Login with your member number and password at www.napnap.org
- Click on Community Profile
- Click on eGroups & Networks (on the left portion of the screen)
- Select the link Recently Added (center of the page)
- Click on the Share A Room Share A Ride eGroup
- To join the group, click Join Community (on right portion of the screen)
Posting a Message: You can post what you are looking for or what you can offer. Example: “Willing to share room at the Hyatt March 28-31.” “Driving from Dallas on March 27th willing to carpool”. Put your contact information in your message; either email or phone number. Replying to a Message: When replying to a message, send messages such as “Interested in sharing” to individuals--not to the entire list. Do this by using the "Reply to Sender" link to the left of every message.
