Disclosure Statement:  NAPNAP is a provider of NAPNAP Continuing Education Contact Hours.  In order to assure that all educational activities have balance, independence, and objectivity, all faculty are required to disclose to participants the presence of significant relationships with commercial companies whose products are discussed in their presentations.  Each faculty member’s conflict of interest will be resolved on an individual basis. Additionally, all those involved in the planning of, or those who are in a position to control the content of a CE activity must disclose all relevant financial relationships with any commercial interest. NAPNAP is responsible for ensuring that learners are aware of commercial support provided in the form of educational grants and any relevant financial relationship(s).  A listing of faculty disclosures is available in the Conference Program Book.  For an individual with no relevant financial relationship(s), the learners will be informed that no relevant financial relationship(s) exist.
